Hello..
Well now a days due to our life style and food intake its common that our bones get degenerated early ..you need to consult an orthopaedician for evaluation ..make sure that you have calcium rich foovlike ragi,egg white,milk etc...you also need to make sure to avoid straining your joints....get yourself examined thank you
