My mother had fractured her left wrist and then she had to undergone a surgery where 4 screws where fitted to join her bones.
Now it is almost two year but she still feels pain when doing any work form her left wrist, what can be the remedy for that ? and does any of the fitted screws had to be taken out after some time of the surgery? please suggest

Any temporary implant should be removed usually after 1-2 years depending on the area and if it is giving trouble. If the fracture was intraarticular the cause if pain can be arthritis in the joint.
