I had a mild ankle sprain...my doctor suggested I remove my splint after 2 weeks..nd start walking without it..nd do lil exercises...I'm walking lil alrite but ther is tightness around my ankle and lil pain preventing me from walking perfectly...and if I lift my feet up its nt straight it's crossed plz give suggestions

My grandmother's feet bottom has become very soft. The flesh seems very soft as some liquid. She seems to lost her feet padding. She always has pain in feet bottom while walking. I should see which type of specialist to this kind of problem?
