Urgent Help Bone Fracture

Hi, i have bone fracture one month back. Doctor kept chemical plaster. Now i went again to show. latest X ray showing fracture not yet cured. Doctor was telling we need to go for surgery. Can you advise with complete details? Attached X rays. My question is, does this really need surgery?

This is a fracture dislocation of the wrist, it definitely needs surgery, You will need to have a plate and screw put for proper healing, otherwise you will lose partial wrist function.
