Bone & Muscle problems

I have a severe backache.though i am able to work the whole day..but even when I burp or sneeze, it gives me acute pain in the back and lower abdomen

I have thigh pain both side...pain is since from 2 years back now a days it's goes worst..i consult 4 orthopaedic n 1 neurologist doctor bt nothing help me out..i did usg abdomen mri of pelvic hip ls spine n ct of hip pelvic nothing to find out take 40 days physical therapy no help..i have few questions 1. Can I go gym...or gym workout leads my problem more?? 2 my Physiotherapist said that it's IT band problem??is true?? 3 whats problem behind that?? Is is serious issue?? I have deficiency of vit b12(292) n d3 (38less than 50)is due to that I take 60k IU n methilecobalt one a week just started. Plz help me out Sir
