Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. I assume pain in both knees. Most likely it's Osteoarthritis of knee. U need a proper work up and consultation with knee specialist as can be effectively treated in early stages otherwise it progresses to need for knee replacement.
Next Steps
Don't waste time. Get a proper work up including xrays and lab tests.
Health Tips
Treating her in time will avoid a lot of headache later.
