Hi Doctor, I am suffering from Knee joint pain from last 6 Months, i feel pain while running and climbing stairs, Ealier it was more now its reduced but slightly pain is there, earlier i consult with Orthopaedic and done xray it was normal he gave me some medicine for pain. after that pain is less. Please suggest. Pain started after i did healthy dieting for 2 Months. Blood report is also Normal.

I am having runners knee and also following the exercises prescribed. Recently I took a Vitamin profile test and readings were Calcium - 9.39 mg/dl 25 Oh Vit d (total) - 7.13 ng/ml TSH - 6.82 uiu/ml Vit B12 - 253 pg/ml Folic acid - 4.6 ng/ml I would like to know the details of these readings and what can I do to improve my condition? Severe Knee pains, even if she walk for some distance she gets severe pain, and she cannot do the household work for the next day. Due to more pain her walking style has got changed and walking pace has got reduced.

We had a gct in Upper tibia and we got cure cuttage with self bone ,chroanes ,cementing and grafting done in February 2016. We again had a reaccurance in September 2016 and a fracture.how frequent are chances of reaccurance

Seems like I have hurt my back joint while jogging yesterday on plane surface. Not able to move or bent.

I met with an accident 3 months before and my left leg bent from knee. There was no fracture but it was paining. I did 2 week physiotherapy and it was all fine and i was able to walk. Now again pain started in knee it looks like some muscular pain. What should i do. I am not able to climb stairs. From last 3 months couldnt run also. Suggest me some good phsyio also if it is recommonded.

Im 19.Male.74kgs. Im not going to gym. I've got very small & weak hands. It looks so small(I mean thin) when compared to others of my same age. I get pain at least once in a month near the biceps area. It feels so soft in my biceps area. I'm unable to do even a single push-up. It starts paining immediately. Whats wrong here? Is it a disease or deficiency? Quick response would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
