Minis cal tear in knee
Lot of pain at left knee i am on medication since last one year. Took MRI also they say there is miniscal tear. due to pain my left leg became a bit thin than right leg.

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged

at 54 meniscal tear is due to degeneration...it may not be only cause of pain..get yourself assessed by a specialist for any significant arthritis....regards dr pankaj agrawal .shoulder knee and joints surgeon ahmedabad

Meniscal tears cannot be treated by medication. You need to visit arthroscopic surgeon or Orthopedic surgeon and get operated
