Bone & Muscle problems

I am having sciatica pain for last 6 months due to s1 nerve compression by a bulging disc. I had so many medicines but nothing helped. My doctor advised for the epidural which helped me. My pain is less not fully gone but my buttock pain is still there with inner thigh muscle tightness. I cannot bent my leg, my inner thigh muscle feels like a solid rock. It make poping sound whenever i tried to move it. How can i ease that pain and tightness of my inner thigh muscle.

I had accident in which i broked up my both tibia fibula and had wound also can i able to walk now Iam sharing my xray pic and wound pic please examine them and tell me when to bare weight. Can i bare weight with the help of brace and walker?

I have mild swelling near the inner arch of my right foot, below ankle from 2 days. It doesn't hurt when pressed. There was a sudden drop in temperature here in Nagpur around 5 days back. What is the reason for this swelling, because it just occurred out of the blue? [I exercise regularly (indoor cycling-30min-2sets) and I had pain just above my right leg knee when I used to fold my legs, 1.5 months back which resolved on its own without any treatment.]

Hello Doctor, I am having a lower back pain on right side,which starts from back and moves towards back of the hip, followed by left and foot. It is ON n OFF pain. This pain usually triggers when I do hair wash in shower, bending forward with face down. Pls note : this pain started after I slipped in the washroom in May 2021. I'm having severe lower back pain...unable to sleep, and sharp pain while walking...and also unable to ever bend to wear socks and shoes... kindly let me know how can I get rid of this...
