Bone & Muscle problems

This happened suddenly, I was standing and looking down at my phone and suddenly felt a jolt of lightheadedness. I am a little overweight, not sure whether this could be related. My blood and sugar seems fine, what could this be! I am in IT and spend a lot of time looking at my PC (probably about 10 hours every day)

Can i sleep sidewards with ligament tear. Lying on the back shows body pain. I have tear in ankle moderate level..

I am 53 year old. I have had a pain in the right side beside my spine in the lumbar area for more than 7 months now. The pain is located at a particular place  and is a bit swelled . It doesn't hurt when I am sitting or relaxed. But hurts when I work or move too much or burden myself. The pain is not there always but it happens after I stand and work for some time. I don't have any other symptoms. Is this pain from Kidney ? I have a seperate knee pain .

MY FATHER HAS REPLACE KNEE IN MAY 2023 2 INCH BELOW WATER IS COMMING IUT FROM AN INJECTED HOLE SUGGEST WHAT CAN BE DONE

My right hand Thumb paining yesterday on words, today pain increased more even I am not able to lift my hand completely. I am not sure whom to consult orthopaedic or general physician. I don't know anything broken in my thumb finger or any infection. Could you please help me.

I am having knee pain from a very long and i have also consulted doctor but suddenly from last 2 days back pain has started. What should i do should i consult a doctor offline or i can consult online am not able to understand

Whenever I do walking I feel moderate pain in groin area in right side( I have flat feet as well) , not during running mainly, I have done MRI but doctor said all normal,... but I do remember it all happen after contnious inactive for 1-2 years during corona maybe due to which happen or may be not. please help me

I am having a cracking sound while i exercise my knee, for ex. squatting. It happens only when weight is applied on the knee. It is occuring only in right knee , and occurs without pain. It is not occasional , it cracks everytime i squat. I tried applying hot pack once , did not work. What should i do?

While playing badminton I could feel my right knee is slightly weak when i jump or take a longer stretch to reach the shuttle. Plz suggest which kind of knee support or band is good to wear that can make you move freely in badminton court and also avoids knee injury while playing badminton.

I have got a metatarsal fracture..i want to know is it very bad ? It's been 20 days but i didn't go for plaster .plz Just tell me is it mandatory to put plaster in my case? N if i haven't got the plaster is it going to harm me badly?
