Can we use calisuamD3 tablets of state governments for severe kneel🦵pains continuously if they cure our kneel🦵pains while using amilodpine B.P tablets and sugar soaked Fenugreeks before breakfast ?

For few days, I am having pain in my heel area after waking up in the morning and sometimes during walking. I also observed that while I am stretching my feet, I am having pain while I am pressing the particular area in my feet(photo given)when I am in plantar flexion stage but when I am in the dorsal flexion stage, the particular area is not paining while pressing. I visited an Orthopaedic surgeon.He told me that I am having TA bursitis.He have not done any X- ray or other related test, instead he told to do Vit D3, Uric Acid and TSH test, and all those tests came normal. He had given me Synertab for10 days & Supracal 2000 for 1 month and told me to wear shoes with little heel and soft soles. I completed the course of Synertab and I am still continuing Supracal 2000 and wearing soft soled shoes everytime (even at home) but I am still not fully cured. After waking up in the morning, I still face trouble for first few steps and sometime during the other times of the day. pls suggest me!

Can I opt for Stem cell therapy for R.A? Because the meds which iam taking affecting my other organs to like lungs nd heart. plz help wd a safer treatment this steriods are killing me.?.

My knee makes a clicky sound when I do the full squat. And after that burning and sharp pain comes for 2-3 days...I have a x-ray of both of my knees...please look at it and guide me what it is ?

My orthopedist advised Defcort 6mg, Gabapentin 300mg, Baclofen 10mg and Folic acid 5mg for increased RA factor(138 U/ml) and by seeing clinical symptoms. Last night, I took Defcort 6mg at 9pm and Gabapentin at 11:30pm. But, around 4 o'clock at morning, both palm became little numb and I was sweating a little. Is this side effect or something else? (Earlier I was taking 200mg Gabapentin for 10 days, doctor increased this to 300mg since yesterday)

Some of the hand finger feels stiff and a small bit of pain in the morning. After a few minutes it goes away.

I'm having an issue of pain in my neck since some days and the pain is consistently at one point in my neck , I'm worried about that what it is Cervical spondylosis  or something else? Do I consult a doctor or it is normal

After doing heavy lifting, i pulled my back muscle and chest muscles chest stiffness is getting better, but i can still feel back stiffness and sometimes tingling on left side should i worry?

Hi I am 30 years old .From last week I have pain in my both legs and heels.pls tell what is the reason.

I am having pain in my lower back with is radiating to the hip. While I walk in the evening its good but again starts at night. While walking it pains a little bit but while sitting a long time and then while  standing it pains.
