What's the best solution for someone with flat foot, I recently started facing problems in balance and my feet starts paining even after a small run.

I had c-sce in 12 October..ryt after surgery i was feeling like spinning everything..after tht doctor gave medicine..widin 7 days its gone..now last one month when i seat on the bed feel like m moving..when i move my neck or head feel like imbalance.. and today morning again feeling like spinning ..move my room when i lay down..when ever i move my neck got spinning.. what can be possible reson of that..

I had mild shoulder joint pain due to injury at gym been to orthopaedist took pain medication and also attended physiotherapy session. Still on the way to recovery, is there supplementation I can take for faster recovery and to maintain healthy joints.

26yrs weight 46kg, while playing sliders she forcefully hit on floor or thursday. After 2days today got severe pain ad swelling around ankle looks sprain on thursday,photo attached, shall i lift the leg upward ad sleep? Having pain killer but had prawn 2piece shall i eat tablet? What can i do for pain now ?

My ACL Reconstruction has done 8 weeks back still my flexion is 90 degrees only and got full extension what should I do.

Can you explain is this a cyst extending on the bladder or something else. MRI show is of LS Spine..

In MRI i had grade 1 signal involving body and posterior horn of medial meniscus... Basically i had over due of fast walking...and that's why i have yhis... I have this since last 8 months...and taken physiotherapy for last 2 months...but the symptoms didn't seem to improve... Is i am impatient and it will improve and i can run and jump without pain...or it will never improve? As i am young and wants play sports...but can't...so this knee thing is bugging me on day day life...what is your opinion ?

2 weeks back, I fell down while playing tennis on my right leg. Few days back I had Xray, attached here which Dr told me that there is Hairline fracture. Need to ask like wheather it will require plaster for a month or there is any other bandage I can put on? Swelling is less now but i can not walk comfortably now and how much time requires to resume exercises and tennis?
