Pain in inner thigh region
Sir since 1 week I have developed pain in my Inner thigh region. when I try to lift my leg for wearing pant n shoes the pain increases. when I walk or sit there is no pain.hope nothing to worry about.

Hello It might be muscle spasm Hot water bag application two times a day Don't do any sports activities or strenuous exercises etc Take muscle relaxants for 5 days

Looks like you have strained muscles on inner aspect of your thigh. Avoid doing activities which cause you pain and discomfort. U can ice the part till you can get help from orthopedic doctor!

It can be because of adductor spasm . Take anti-inflammatory & muscle relaxant for 5 days
