Sir my nephew fell from bike his leg is swelling and i m attaching xray report please advice for further treatment

I have been taking krimson 35 for this cycle (have used it before as well) to regularize periods due to PCOD. My job requires me to sit a lot, I have started playing billiards because of which I out more pressure on my legs and I'm over weight. I am currently feeling pain near my varicose vein(no visible clot in the vein or around just tender to touch) . I have used thrombophob and put my leg up for now. But unable to walk without that area hurting. I know these medications because I had familiar issue 5-7 year's back. I checked for clots 2years back so that I can go on krimson 35 when needed and I dint have any DVT or blocks. What should I do?

Hello Doctors, I am having mild pain in neck area and around body, pins and needles, sometimes crawling feeling,  vibration in left leg. I used pregacip m, mayospaz, calcium only for 2 days as prescribed. I am doing yoga and exercise as well. What should I do. Thank-you.

Iam 18 year old boy had accident in which i had open fracture with severe blood loss i went for surgery its been 5 months of surgery currently walking on walker with weight bearing on injured leg . But now my leg is started bending while weight bearing . Its that because of weak implant tensed nail or my fibula is longer than my tibia and need osteonomy of fiblula or need to change implant to IM nail and screw fixation. How can we stop this bending of leg . Iam attaching xray Please examine it And in my xray fibula is looking like united Is this true that if fibula unites first then it doesn't allow tibia to unite What to do next will i require one more surgery If required what can be done in surgery please give your opinion.

My Xray came out with loss of cervical lordosis. I am taking rest however feeling nauseated all the time. There is slight imbalance too. Please suggest in case these are neurological. Can this affect vision too ? How long should I rest before starting with the exercises.

I am having jaw pain radiating to my shoulder nek and head or it the shoulder pain causing other radiating pains . I have pain above my hip which us dull and i feel when i lie down in slanting position . I have been taking physiotherapy but there us littke relief . Does sitting in poor posture cause jaw and shoulder pain . I have a sedentary lifestyle and use phone a lot . Are these pains because of that . Aldo i have anxiety issues and my mind dies not stop thinking

I recently did an xray to check my spondylolisthesis progression but i found bright white spot on the pars defect where listhesis is present. What does it indicate?

Is it Normal to have c1 c0 omitted from an MRI report of the neck ? My report only mentions starting from c2

Dear Doctor My surgery was perform on Dec2021 for 5th metacarpal neck in which implant was used and implant is removed on 25march2023. Since 2021 Dec my little finger is not moving stifness is there , so i want to know that my finger can move now after long time like before.
