I have knock knee and my surgery has been done to correct knock knee and after that my height is 4.10 will i grow longer or not

I have knock knees I have operated 3 months ago and my one side of growth plate is closed with the help of plate because to treat knock knee and will i grow up with other side after removal of implant and if how much I am now 4.10

I have been suffering from a slight pain in my lower back and right side of the neck for the past couple of months. I have tried physiotherapy for 10 days straight but the problem could not be resolved completely. I still have a pain in my lower back and there is a sharp, stabbing pain in the lower right side of my neck whenever I twist it towards the right side. What should I do?
