Bone & Muscle problems

My legs hurt from top to bottom , there is constant pain in my knees too. my walk has become destorted . i face difficulty in walking .

I have a serious stiffness and pain while and after sleeping, i used few pain relief sprays and tablets.. But it's just a temporary relief for me...i want to know the reason for this pain..

Sir since 1 week I have developed pain in my Inner thigh region. when I try to lift my leg for wearing pant n shoes the pain increases. when I walk or sit there is no pain.hope nothing to worry about.

I have had knee pain for over a year, these are my recent Xray...i have posted this xray several times here but now i go to one doctor and i specifically asked him if i have arthritis, and he told me no i Don't have one...but in a paper he wrote that i  have patellofemoral arthritis and gave me rejoint new. First do i have this by looking at xray can you tell ? Is this pain going away with exercise and cycling? The doctor told me to go cycling. Please guide me over it.

I had chest pain and HRCT found accessory muscle on right side. May I know if this is not normal to have accessory muscle in chest ? Can this develop anytime in life ? Is anything else required ?

Did slip disc causing pain in back also ..if i do surgery of disc then how back pain will eliminate...can anyone say why backpain happen in slip disc... i was having since last year

I got ligament tear before one month.. but now only i started getting treatment.. so far i thought it was normal pain and was using oinment in home... now only dr. Told i should use grip band for 3 to 6 weeks for complete cure.. Im mom of two babies need to do lots of house hold work.. can i do normal house hold chores by wearing grip band.. im in 2nd floor too... can i give hot towel compress...

My friend(male-28years)had twisted his ankle yesterday and after that his ankle joint got swell and he had severe pain in his ankle. He also got a X-ray for that I am also attaching the image. But everything looks fine in the X-ray no sign of any crack or fracture, still he has lot of pain in his ankle and not able to walk. He is applying ointment on it but please help us and suggest what to do now, should we wait for some days so that swelling will go or should we go to a orthopaedic? Please help.
