I had itching in the index finger in the circled region now I am having pain and swelling in that region it also pains when I touch it is a insect bite or related to ortho ?

I got l4 L5 pain in September. Doctor wrote etoxib mr and oridon dsr both for 5 days . Pain got ended in 5 days medication. Also attaching the x ray report of spine that time. Then I started knee to chest exercise n pushing hips up exercise daily. Last month i was unable to do exercise due to travelling n also may be sleeping posture or sitting posture got hit. Today when I woke up i have started feeling little pain their again in L5 zone or nearby. Pls suggest what to do now.

Left shoulder pain whole day standing job for about 10hrs. took Dolokind plus but pain not reduced kindly suggest any medicine for temporary relief thank you

I have been suffering from cracking of all joints from jaw, neck to toe and there has been minor pain as well which keeps rotating. There are joints which cracks on every movement. It's been an year now. My ears have also started getting ringing noise 24X7, from last 3-4 months. My ANA, HLA, RF, CRP all tests are normal. Last tested in August '22 Please help

I am taking Pregabalin 150mg medicine since 45 days both time..does it have any major side effects ?

He had a sudden fall, fractured his D11 bone. Is surgery required for such a fracture as he is old or some other treatment required.

Respect sir/madam From past 2and half months i getting pani on my lower right lumber to tie party. Some times right side of tie party. Mostly as of now i suffering this pani on night times only... Day time if i seat for long time same sements coming... But mostly night time when I am sleeping this pains coming... My docter suggest MRI but due to phobia i can't go for MRI... Plz may i know the which pani is this thanks
