Bone & Muscle problems

I feel weakness and pain in upper back and shoulders including below knees which makes me feel pain in the body with numbness in feet and hands. i have mild cervical spondalysis( copy of MRI is attached) my vitamin is 20 calcium is 9.50 also feeling light dizziness. during sleeping i feel comfortable. after waking up in the morning i do not feel comfortable while standing. kindly suggest better treatment.

Sudden left biceps muscle main occured..difficulties for pulling heavy item and during some careless activity

Hii.. I m having pain in rib.. to be specific just below right breast .. and above liver that has a curvature and goes back . And also in shoulder blades ..sometimes in sternum too and radiates towards breast tissue  happend after i joined office where I do computer work .. aggrevated after I did dumbell . pls suggest some painkiller.. Hello doctors, from past 3 months I'm facing knee pain and under my both feet I'm having pain...when I sit for a while and get up for walk I am not able to walk 2 steps as my feet is painting alot... for knee pain I went to general doctor she ask me to take vit d and b12 test.. after the result my vit d is 15 so doctor gave me cartilage and calcium tablets I'm using those but I'm not finding much relief.. pls help me

My kid crying out of leg pain during night even though he didn't play much during day time. Our elders are worried that he might be calcium deficient. Is this something serious and do we need to take any test for self satisfied clarity. As of now, We have made him bath with luke warm water and applied oil before bed.
