Medicine effect

Taking these medicines as prescribed by my orthopedist from yesterday. I was RA positive (138 U/ml). Now I'm feeling little tired, back stiffness has gone little bit but my back feels warm-cold warm-cold. Sometimes warm sometimes cold, feeling a little bit dizzy also. Is this normal response or not?

Grade - Meniscus Tear and Grade 1 ACL

6 months I was doing vajrasan due which I exerted a lot of pressure on my knee due to which there was a pop sound in the left knee. Post that MRI reports had only ACL Grade 1 tear. Took Physiotherapy and felt better so started doing my daily chores and sat down on floor in squatting position. Again experienced a lot of pain and got MRI done and result was Meniscus tear Grade 2 and ACL Grade 1. Again took Physiotherapy felt little better but couldn't walk at all. Have visited multiple Orthopedics. Everyone said that Surgery is not needed. Symptoms: Swelling in knee Stiffness Difficulty in walking Pain on the outer side surface along the joint line Pain increases during evenings. All orthopedic doctors said that it's a mild injury. But if it's so mild and all are saying not to go for surgery then why is it taking so long to heal? It's already 6 months with no improvements.

I am currently taking Calcirol  60,000 IU Sachet once a week, and Calcium Citrate Matrate,Vitamin D3 and Folic acid tablets once a day. Please advise.

Right thigh 4 months old hematoma

My wife started playing cricket 4 months ago and she had a lot of pain in both of her thighs for the first 3 days but she didn't rest and continued playing. Now after 3 months we noticed a big swelling in her right thigh when flexed the leg. There is no pain at all. Just the swelling. She had a MRI and the MRI says "Well-defined lesion measuring approximately 7 cm in the long axis of the thigh and 1.3 x 1.1 cm in the horizontal axes around the central tendon of the rectus femoris muscle of the right thigh. Lesion probably represents a small haematoma." My question is, if there is no pain, is it possible that it is a hematoma. Can she get such a big hematoma just by playing cricket. Why it is not dissolved even after 4 months. What can we do to make it dissolved or should we get another opinion?
