Knee joint pain
Hello Dr. I am a part time professional cricketer and usually playing during weekends only. It's been sometime that I am experiencing pain in left knee when putting pressure. Like climbing stairs. Doing squats. I applied hot fometting using electric pad. Should I go for any tests.

Do some proper warm ups before match and use physiotherapist help to understand some strengthening excercises.

Been working with so many cricketers I have found this to be a normal thing , Stretch before start of the play , work on ur quads .
