I have severe vitamin d deficiency, how much time will it take to recover, doctor suggested me an injection once a month with daily d3 tablets, and I wanted to know about the if muscle weakness and decreased muscle mass , weak body and skinny body is related to this deficiency , moreover is it also responsible for weaking immune system that causes some uncomfortable feeling ???

Yes vitamin D deficiency can lower they immune system and cause body pains
Next Steps
start a vitamin D course in which the tablet has to be taken twice weekly for 2 months along with that taken injection also and get a repeat vitamin D level checked after 2 months
