Leg Pain, knee pain & feeling loose knee
Hello, My right leg had usual pain from last few months and pain increased a lot for 2-3 weeks. After that now I feel like knee is loose and knee paining like needles pricks in front knee. Whole leg has cramp like sensetion. I went for Vit D and Calcium test. Vit D level is - 46.61 nmol/L (should be in 75-250 range) and calcium is 9.38 mg/dl. I understood that I would need Vit D supplement now. What should I do to reduce this knee pain ? Do I need any other medicine apart from Vit D and Calcium? Should I take any other medicine which can reduce leg/knee bone and muscle pain ? Should I check for knee support bands ? Do I need any further test ? Please guide. Thanks.
