Bone & Muscle problems

I overran on treadmill for days and developed pain in my knee. Now its not going. The pain is on the inside side of both the knees and I cant walk properly. I feel the pain most while coming down on stairs

I have pain on my left knee and probably it is an injury as i used to do exercise.Its more than 10 months the pain is still there.I have taken prescribed medicines of calcium, tissue relaxant etc.Please suggest is there any exercise

Back &neck pain from last2 yrs. pain coming from neck to left hand & tingling ness on left hand as I'm working in software company I'm struggling to get out from pain

I have been undergoing TB treatment (pulmonary) since january. I have been taking medicines to control my uric acid too as prescribed by my doctor (my uric acid levels were always 8-9 post during medication). My treatment started in the month of january and now, 3 months later, I have problems in moving and bending my legs. My knees have swolen and they pain a lot. The doctor says its because of the increased uric acid level, but why the medicines are not working? Also, why the swelling and pain has started after the uric acid has dropped from 9 to 8? Its really painful. Should I see an orthopedic specialist? Its been 2 weeks since I have been suffering from this.

Hello - I've been looking to get into cycling again, and have been searching for a helmet. In doing so, I discovered that my head is easily in the 99.7% percentile for head size, clearly putting me in the range of Macrocephaly. I'm wondering - what adult complications should I watch out for? This should have been caught much younger, but it was not - I do have extremely elevated bouts of anxiety.

I have mild disc bulge in lumbar L4-5 since 3 years. When it dignosed i took a rest for most 4months. It was horrible pain in both legs rather than a back. Took some sessions of physiotherapy and mild excercise, went all well and after a year i was back to normal ... Again the same pain has started after years and i am off to work.. dr said its normal , i am scared,  will it cost me again bed rest for long ?

I have severe pain in the back and now my legs are weak and will give out on me. When pain is quite severe i will faint

I have been having constantly getting leg cramps for around 20 days. Tried all sort of things to get rid of it. Thought this to be an high time to consult a doctor.

My grandfather is 89 years old and has had a muscle tear in his left shoulder. We have visited three to four orthopedic surgeon and doctors and he has been taking multiple medicines for the same. He has even taken injections for this too and physiotherapy for a month but nothing has helped him. Kindly help out on the treatment he should take to help reduce his pain.
