Knee pain , OA
Hi, I got the knee pain diagnosed from a orthopedic doctor. he checked the Xrays , didnt find anything serious, but still i always feel the pain around knee when i walk too much. as advised by the doctor, it is because i have a tear in my cartridge and that might be creating a problem (this can be surely identified post MRI). for now he prescribed me cartigen forte (twice a day) and CMD (once a day) can anyone please answer below questions : 1. Are these medicines vegetarian, no animal, fish product ? 2. any side effects of these medicines ? 3. can i get the knee problem cured just by knee exercise ? 4. is this problem recoverable ? or i have to bear with it throughout my life ?
