Pain in my thigh, buttock from the last few days, It gradually increase when i used to woke up in the morning

I have twisted my right ankle for the third time this Feb. Got my Xray and MRI scan done. No fracture detected. But there is a slight cartilage damage. Needed guidance for the same.

I have been getting pain on my lower back starting of my right thigh now its been spreaded over with same pain on left side too. Please suggest me what is the solution to get rid of this pain.

Hi, My left finger of feet has swelled and I'm not able to got to gym (Not able to wear shoes). This was because of the the finger hits the edge of a iron cot before 3 weeks. I thought this is a normal pain and will get cure after few days.Its been 3weeks almost. Swelling and pain are not gone. Even with that pain, I'm wearing shoes everyday (Not much pain cause I have broad width shoes). Now I'm afraid that this pain not gone even after long time like 3weeks. And wearing shoes will get me into another trouble. Please suggest me if I need any treatment

My right hand baby finger got hit by a leather ball during a cricket match. It is twisted now and now I am not able to make it straight.

I've have been having sacroiliac joints pain since 3 years but pain rarely ,means twise in 3 months like that.

I have been being pain in my lower back for more than one year,if i turn right from lay then pain has occured,and i have to tough to do excercise at lie,i tool x ray to doctor bt there is no problem .i feel pain when i lay or do some movement that back bone .pain is more than turn left to right
