I play cricket occasionally. While bowling I do not feel any pain but if I long or quick throws I always feel pain inside my sholder better to say in joint.

I feel a sweet pain all tym below Shoulder and when I stand up and sit down I have a backache pain....

I'm 16 years old and weigh 50 kg. I've been going to the gym for 4 months now. recently i was recommended to consume amino acids for better progress. im not entirely sure about what supplements i should consume. whey or amino or what is recommended for me?

Please tell me the reasons for swelling in feet and ankle. Suddently i get swelling in feet and ankle i go to teh doctor then one doctor said ki aise hi problem hai and whatever medicine he gave me i do not get any relief then i go to another doctor he said it will be fine in 3 days and he told me avoid rajma, chana and all. But after taking his medicine swelling goes a lit but i still have swelling and pain.Even 1st doctor takes the x-ray of my leg. Please suggest me probable root cause for it and what i need to do for it
