Bone & Muscle problems

It's not severe pain and it usually happens only after I walk for 5-10 mins. But it's been there for more than a month now.

What is the best diagnosis for this fracture (attached X-ray)? Will normal plasture work or do I have to undergo a surgery? Please advise

I've been having upper back ache along the spine till the neck and I am having dizziness. The lower back pain in less. I went for MRI on suggestion of a doctor. The report says disc bulges in few areas and minimal dextroscoliosis. The doctor suggested physiotherapy. Writing here for second opinion. Personal details for body type: I swim and workout 5 days a week. Height 177 CMS, Weight 71kgs. Please suggest on this and also please suggest if I can continue working out.

My 25 OH hydroxy level is 7.1 indicating vitamin D deficiency. A doctor recommended Uprise 60K and Bio D3 plus which according to my internet research would take 3 months to achieve sufficient levels. As I am having exams and having weakness in my body due to which I am not able to study efficiently so please suggest a safe higher dosage I can take to counter weakness.

In holi.,a cow hit there seeng in the hips portion...After some day pain starts in lower portion...Now both legs are swelled heavily.....And thighs are more swelled...
