LUMBER DISC
Can i excerise during lumber disc. I still have pain in my lower back.. it has been 1 month now. Can anyone tell me how much time does it take get normal.. thanks

It can take anything up to 3-4 months for the pain to improve. In the meantime, continue to stay active and mobile. Do gentle exercises, avoid stressing your back while lifting or moving anything heavy. Take painkillers as needed. Be patient and it will take time to settle. Has your prolapsed disc been diagnosed with an MRI scan? If not, then you need to get it investigated if the pain is not settling. Hope this helps.
