Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, My mother is suffering from Ribs nerves pain and she is not able to sit or stand. Due to continuously lying on bed her muscles got some hardness and because of which she is having some orthopedic pain also. From last one and half year she is lying on bed only. She do not have any medical history like BP/Diabetes or any other diseases. Also she do not have any major illness. I need a doctor or physiotherapist who can come at home and check her and provide some solution/treatment on this. I am staying at New sangavi area. Waiting for positive and quick response on this. Hello Doctor I have been suffering from gout for the last couple of years but since last year my right knee has swollen and the swollen part is just not reducing because of which I have severe pain and I have been taking febutas and microcid 25mg with the occasional voveron pain killer injection... At this point I am actually clueless as to what to do next as this is taking a toll on my knee because of which walking has become difficult...please advise

There is pain in back side of left knee joint with some nerves seen as greenish blue in this area. The pain continues upto the waist portion at the back side above left knee joint. if at all required, Suggest the specialist doctor i have to consult ?

Had a hard lump just below knee might be on upper tibia since one month.it is not growing in nature..Remains in the same size. . Itz more noticible when the leg is straight. Lump is much hard.

I've been having pain in my right arm, shoulder and neck included, for the past one week. No heavy physical activity performed.

I have extreme pain in my thigh bone since almost 2 months. When I walk as little as 500 meters, my thighs (specially the right thigh) start paining tremendously and I end up having high fever. Now the pain is radiating to lower legs as well. I'm also losing a lot of weight. I'm talking vitamin D tablets. A month back, my vitamin D was 18. The supplements seem to be doing nothing. All other tests were normal. What can be the cause and how should I get treated for this?

Hi ,I am 29 years old and I have knee pain since almost 17 years. Last year I got the MRI done and the report said : Horizontal tear of posterior horn and oblique tear of body of medial meniscus with a parameniscal cyst posterior to medial meniscus. Somehow I could not consult a doctor after the MRI. I would like to know what does this report mean and if the condition is treatable. Thank You for your help.
