Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever i bend for long time backache starts. Also when I try to massage my back to get relief of pain i start getting burps.

I have back pain. Getting up from time to time, walking around and doing stretches only provides temp. Relief. I have to be at work for 9.5 hours and commute for 3 hours a day. Need long term solution and relief. I want to able to run a marathon among other things.

I have been suffering from past 3 months neck pain one of nerve has effected, when i turn up neck i'm getting pain in my neck, when i turn head right side getting pain in left under arm n elbow, when my head turns left side am getting pain in arm n elbow and back side shoulder disk also, i can't bear the pain when i woke up on my bed. i tried physiotherapy there is no use of this. Please suggest me what i have to do now .. Thanks

I am unable to bend sit or stand. Very bad back pain... From 3days continuously ... I get this very often.

My foot is not healing I feel pain in my right heel every morning.or after taking test. I have tried ice bottle, tendocare medicine, stretching for more than a month now. Still the morning pain is not going away? Is injection the only choice left ??? I want to start running again, but can't because of this pain. Please help !

Sudden muscle pain in back, muscle pain from back of hip to feet and acute pain and burning sensation in heels of leg. Not able to walk or stand properly. Gets worse in the morning time.

I think because of weight training, I got strain in Tailbone and uncomfortable during siting and slight pain in that area.

I have been to bone doctor for ankle pain and he prescribed for blood test and i have TSH 19 and they declared i have hypothyroid and bone doctor didnt have a look at my ankle pain and unformed me to treat hypothyroid which will eventually cure ankle Bone pain. I ahm currently suffering from quite a bit of strain with my ankle pain. what should i do. I have consulted an endocrinologist She have given me some tablets, My question is Is Hypothyroid permanent in nature and how do i proceed with it?

Iam not able to walk like before after i slipped on last Wednesday on my left knee touching the ground . I'm not able to sit not get up after sitting. It feels someone is holding the knee tight and twisting it. As a result of this fall my other leg joints started paining very badly. Please​ help me out. Thank  regards Soma
