Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having knee pain at the back of the knee going upwards to the back of thigh and a bit down the calf. from 4 months....It's like when i sit with my legs folded on the ground and then stand and walk i have to limp for few steps until it eases and then everything is just fine ....I have no problems while walking , only when i start walking i have pain for a minute or so.

I play badminton for exercise.I am suffering from knee pain in both knees.Can I continue playing.Can you suggest knee strengthening exercise.

Very severe pain, she can't even sit in a cab to come to any hospital. She's is very weak and she is not able to move

My left knee was twisted before 4 months and after that my left knee was very week whenever I dance or fast moment in my leg my knee twisted and sudden some voice is come like katak and after that I can't walk I can't fold my leg so much of swelling I consult one doctor he told me go for x ray I do c ray it is normal. He told me go for MRI After MRI we know if some tissue is damage or not I ask u if tissue is damage then pain will go or again come ? Or continue pain ? Second my knee side bone is paining So can I go for M RI or not bcz it's also very expensive

Sir meri mother k left shoulder muscle main bhut jayada pain hai last four month se.treatment k badh bhi pain main one percent bhi kami nhi hai. Maine two doctor change krr diye orthopaedics k but zero results plz tell me ask ki muje konse doctor se consultation Krna chahiye.t Treatment apne hometown sriganganagar Rajasthan se chal raha hai.muje dehil main konse doctor se consultation Krna chahiye tell me write ask. Hello when ever my try to sleep her hands nevers go up ,and started paining what to do .pls recommend me few exercises
