Hi, docs my friend had vit. d 2 ng/ml had knee pain, after 1.3 years it is 43 ng/ml but he still has calf pain with less pain n stiffness in back n slight knee pain with nerve tingles, all test are nrml doppler mri back b12, need to know is 43 okaya level ??? after horrible vit d level back, uric acid was high 7.4 so going with orthopedic, things have improved but he is still not what he was b4 this. apart from medicines what else could be done to speed up, calf pain troubles always !!!

My wife, age 45 years, is having pain in one heel for the last 3-4 months. Initially the pain was more when she got up in the morning and used to subside gradually. However now the pain continues during the day time also. Request to advise the cause and treatment. Thanks & regards Surender Kumar

Sir, Pain between legs and ankle joint, shoulder and hands joint for over 2 months but I don't do any hard work. It feels like I am totally tired. What could be the problem?

I feel I have a poor blood circulation in one of my leg.. I get this tingling feeling and it gets cold.. I m not a regular smoker but I smoke sometimes.. there is a pinch type feeling in my knee and let joint

I am 25 year old male.There is pain and stiffness in knee joint,elbow joint,fingers,wrist from last 5 years and in morning there is very much pain in fingers of hands.There  is also very much crackling noise coming from all joints during movement and while exercising.There is also pain in back side of heel of both legs.There is no swelling in either joint. My vitamin d3 level is 13nmol/L blood calcium is 10mg/dl and my testosterone is 350ng/dl and Anti CCP is <0.50 U/ml and RA factor and uric acid is also normal.I have taken calcirol sachets once a week many times but when I start these sachets kidney stone formation takes place.I think it is some kind of arthritis.please help regarding this.

I have got soft tissue injury in my right shoulder and upper part of the arm. It has been 2 weeks since I fell resulting numbness in the mentioned area. After I got massage done 2 times the numbness ended causing the pain to come out. It pains a lot in movement of hand. Is it okay to wear a support belt to restrict movement? Will it help the healing process or make my arm/shoulder stiff?

Upon reviewing your films/report, the following issues were noted: Cervical Spine C3/4 - Arthritis or Facet Disease, Bone Spurs C4/5 - Bulging Disc, Bone Spurs C5/6 - Herniated Disc, Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease C6/7 - Disc Protrusion, Arthritis or Facet Disease, Bone Spurs X-ray: L3/4 - Moderate loss of disc height with facet disease, bone spurs L4/5 - Moderate loss of disc height with facet disease, bone spurs. There is extremely unbearable burning pain in the left arm and loss of strength, numbness in arm as well. Showing signs of radiation in the right arm but not as intense as the left arm. Shooting pain in the left buttock radiating half way down the hamstring. 90% of feeling is lost in the left foot and complete loss of feeling in left toes. Mild loss of feeling in right toes. MRI review also stated there was a mass effect on exiting root nerves at C5/6 and there is flattening of the ventical cord. private area discomfort and pain, throat pressure.

I get to know 1.5 year ago I have varicose, but I was trying to loose wight from last 5-6 years but everytime i got no results. Nothing is remained to try. What should i do now because for sucessful operation of varicose i have to loose weight upto 30 kgs.

My father have problem in legs and difficult for him to walk. plz help. is it possible to treat with stem cell therapy?
