Muscle Cramp
Hello, for a couple months now I've been getting an odd cramp. It only happens right when I wake up, and not every time, but a lot of the time. I get it in the exact same spot in my calf. When I wake up I feel a cramp there for a couple seconds and then it very quickly subsides and I feel no pain the rest of the day. The area is not sore or tender, and is not swollen or discolored or an unusual temperature. Today I woke up from an hour nap and it happened, and I instinctively tried to stretch my leg as it cramped, which made it cramp harder. So for about ten minutes after said cramp if I stretched my calf (Like by pointing my toes up, etc) it did feel sore, like I had a pulled muscle, but the soreness went away completely afterwards. I am a 22 year old female.
