Cramp and Pains at right leg Thigh
Hello Sir, while doing some stretching exercises, I undergone cramp and  pain at right leg thigh area. Unable to move this leg freely. Also could not sleep due to this,last time. Kindly advise medication and care to be taken. Regards

There is Muscle Strain ; Some fi red of your thigh muscles have stretched.Give Hot water Fomentation three times a day.Use Volini/Moov Local application.Take some Anti-Inflammatory plus Muscle Relaxant .Avoid doing exercises for some time preferably 5-7 days
