Sir, Iam confusion on my x ray Iam have any knee osteoarthritis or early stage Iam doing Daily knee strengthening exercises morning 15mins and night 15 mins . Iam doing below activities On my job Staircase climbing daily 2 floors. 2 to 3 building Walking in site almost 5000steps Standing morning 1.5 hour Afternoon 1.5 hour standing. Having knee pain Iam doing exercises Any further knee will be damage. Please tell me sir.
