Neck sprain ,muscle cramp
Last night i had a neck cramp and when i woke up this morning i cudnt even twist my head to the right side Since then im feeling immense pain and as i turn my head to the right i feel unbearable muscle pain,i can feel the nerves stretching I applied iodex and used hot water bottle to relieve pain Any medication,help!

My friend you need analgesic with muscle relaxant and most important physical therapy...along with hot fomentation and ointment.
