Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in left hand elbow from last fifteen days. Dr diagnosed as tennis elbow, how can the pain stop, please help.

At night the cramps often get cramps while sleeping when I stretch my legs and pain excruciatingly. They hurt (as does the knee) when I climb up or down the stairs. I am 52 years old. I had flat feet which were treated with special shoes as a child.

I have been having constant pain and swelling in left hand index finger and sometimes in any finger(s). Sometimes pain can be in one or both wrist or anywhere in joints whether hands or legs.i have been suffering from this problem since last 1 year

Hi, Can we get the knee Cartilage repaired without medications ? i have been asked to take cartigen forte tablets twice a day but that is a non vegetarian medicine and i cannot eat it. please suggest.

OK am having constant pain in the lower back at spinal cord from past 2 days.i am not able to sit , stand ,walk or bend properly.tried some pain relief spray and gel but no relief

Having pain in lower back. Unable to bend fwd. Got this cramp while doing house hold work. While sitting for long pain increase.

After joining gym for 2 months, june july 2016, i got knee pain (perhaps due to excessive treadmill) and i still feel tge pain even after a light workout or stress on my knees.

I've been having this shoulder pain for over 2 weeks now. I'm getting pain in my right shoulder just where the arm starts. It happens when raising my arm or stretching to the other shoulder or even reaching behind my back. I'm thinking it's a torn muscle of some sort because I've been facing it ever since I threw a football as I was playing the goalkeeper.

In My Back bone I'm experiencing Severe pain in day time. Infact after my accident in 1994 I had to go-in for THR on my Left Hip. Which got Revised in 2012 at Appolo Delhi. Today my legs R unequal by 1.5 Inch so imbalance walking is there. Pl. advise tips to reduce the pain in Back bone.
