Swollen ankle and feet
Hi i have been experiencing swollen feet and ankle since a couple of days. my job requires long hours of sitting infront of laptop. Also i take 2 hours (one way) to reach my office and again 2 hours to reach home, which means i am sitting in a bus for 4 hours daily. please suggest

Hello there
Yes part of the problem is your travelling....for which i am sure as a mumbaikar you cant do much about.
While the other part is weather the problem is muculoskeletal or something systemic(regarding internal organs).
A swollen feet can be observed if you sprain your ankle.....also a swollen feet can be seen if kidneys dont give proper urine output.
So the problem can be very simple or can be complex too
