I m 16 years old now , and I have flared ribs , I hope that I can get rid of it . What exercise or stretching can help me to get rid of my flared ribs ? How can I fix my flared ribs ? I can do anything to fix my flared ribs

My mother-in-law is suffering from knee pain, and she is unable to walk now. A orthopaedic said that her knee will be clean by him with any treatment or by something else. So please suggest me, is it necessary for her?

I have pain in back near the end of waist both side. It feels like my upper body has tilted on one side and I try to stand straight it pains. Also when I try to bend it start paining and after few moments the pain decreases but as soon as I try to stand straight it hurts. Because of this I am unable to straight my feet while walking and as I try to straight my feet I feel pain in back. My height is 6 feet 1 inch and i weight 95kg.
