Hello Amanpreet Well your calcium levels were low so its ok you are taking the weekly 60k sachet...however i want to know what is your height and weight? Also you mentioned eating red meat and then your back problem decreases....well as such there is no connection of meat with pain enhancement or decrease...one reason could be that maybe you lacked protein contents n hence it got repleted with meat.... Please get back with your exact symptoms now,and other blood reports if you have any....for proper guidance and treatment. Regards
