I am cricketer and I faced this problem first when I thrower a ball. So it is not always paining. I pains only if I throw a ball or stretch my hand above my head straight. What should I do?

I had a fracture of toe finger(last finger)a month ago. it got healed. however, the feet are swollen. both my feet are swollen. They are not just becoming normal

Should i take antibiotics..am i at a greater risk of developing onj.i have been advised by my orthopedic to take zeldronate 5mg iv.should i take the medication or wait till my tooth infection is healed.
