I have gone for running and when i walk through i foot was twisted and got knee pain and have swelling on my left side of the knee of right leg.. and i got relief when i use pain killers but getting sounds at my knee when try to move it and kind of pain when put stress its becoming more..

You might want to get it physically checked with an orthopaedic as sound like you might have injured your ligament or meniscus
