I have been experiencing pain in my left elbow for almost 20 months now.It's not a chronic pain but everytime I try to lift something heavy as in my laptop,bucket ,I can feel the pain around the elbow region.
It happened in July 2015,most probably in gym while doing my routine workout.
Please help me out,I had to quit gym and even after 20 months I don't see any change.
I have gone for X-ray diagnosis,nothing came in that as well.Is it tendonitis, if yes, suggest me the roadmap to recovery.
Please don't give generic answers,kindly suggest me the roadmap to recovery because I hope there would be plethora of doctors on this forum who have seen thia type of case.
Kindly help me out ,currently in Delhi,lajpat Nagar.

You should consult the physiotherapist who is good in hands on maneuver as this being a chronic problem. You must have gone to physiotherapist earlier also who might have done for you ultrasound, TENS and exercises. But you should go to a physiotherapist who is experienced in hands on therapy.
