Pain in hill Back pain specially Lumber4 Uric acid-7 CRP-weekly positive sugar-100 fasting sugar-147 PL sgpt& sgot-more than hundred

My friend has a knee injury and I would like to know if it requires surgery? And if so is it a meniscus repair or a meniscectomy? Can he resume his normal activities until having the surgery or it's gonna make worse and he needs crutches? Also he is a martial artist under 25 years can he continue on that after recovery not using the injured leg?

Having the problem of sciatica its over 1.5 year want suitable medication need proper consultation please help

Initially started with Lower back pain, got treated in Ayurveda. Lower backpain subsided but leg pain persisted for long time, was advised for MRI , suspected to be problme in sacrum and iliac(sacroiliacs). And was advised for Blood test for HLA-B27 and CRC and RA All resulted in Negative. but pain getting worse day by day unbearable

I have pain in my right arm from four five days and it pains in my bicep muscle when i try to move upwards.
