My brother's  foot was swellen. he is paining after touching that part. He can walk .I want to know that is their any fracture in the foot or something else .he is saying that he has got spraine

I am 43 years male. I have shoulder pain from past 1 year. Trying different medications from doctors. This week my cbc report shows hemoglobin 18.2 and lympocytes 78%. I had tabllet cobalvitro and after 3 days i have rashes in face and hand.
