I went dancing and a few people climbed on my toe and now its red and swollen since thursday and it hurts on pressure whatcan it possibly be and how can i treat it at home

There is two terms in the mri report 1. small anterior osteophytes 2. Early lumbar spondylosis What are these problems and how can i recover from these problems. Are these serious problems. Which medications I'm taking are these sufficient for these problems
