Bone & Muscle problems

FINDINGS: Osteophyte at patella edge & left femoral condolences. No lytic/sclerotic lesion seen. Soft tissues appear normal. IMPRESSION:Èarly degenerative change. Please tell me what is the problem?

Pain, Burning, Itching, Numbness in right hand Thumb, Index Finger, Middle Finger. Severe pain at thumb starting point , wrist and upto shoulder, throat dryness, vomiting sensation. If using pain killers pain in control otherwise severe pain.

I've been having arthritis pain in my left index finger (all joints) / left hand thumb, right middle finger for last 4-5 months...i consulted doc n got uric acid tests done, result 7.1, took no uric tab/doxydar/arcoxia course and some other tabs too. The uricacid levels fell to 5.0 but pain n inflammation kept increasing. I need a second opinion.

Aged 58, the thumb is painful and swollen without any apparent cause of trauma. Can't be bent. Dipping in hot water not relieving pain. The nail seems fine, not infected. The pain is in the joint. Previous history of weak bones and fracture. Takes medicine for osteoporosis. Also suffers from various joint pains and back pains.

Met in a minor accident today evening n muscle paining very much need a suggest for pain killer tablet.

My mother is suffreing with constant bone pains, and joint pains. she has right vascular tinnitus now and slightly in depression. she is a diabetic & hypertension patient & had undergone hysterectomy 3years ago. she's depressed because she's been ill for a long time.I will be happy to take any suggestions to see my mom healthy and happy.

Getting pain in back of the body and pain in leg. Very tough to walk and feeling so much tired all the time. Doctors advised me that the issue could be there with the back bone and so I got the MRI done for the same the result of the same are mentioned below.

My mom is having cervical problem..in every 2 to 3 months her neck starts paining, she feels dizziness and do vomiting so many times. Swelling comes in her neck..she feels so dizziness that can't even walk or sit..for the entire day she is just lying on bed Please suggest

Suggested our local Orthopedic Dr to take MRI scan for lumbar disc region. What to do kindly advise me. Thank you.
