Constant shoulder pain
I was in an accident in April.3 doctor said the swelling should naturally go away. However,it more swollen since the day of the accident.My shoulder in in constant pain. It feels like someoneniw stabbing it. If I do move it I want to cry from the pain.I thought about going to the hospital but I don't have insurence.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
