Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having mild pain on right shoulder and neck which goes to my hand. Also, I have a pain on my right side waist. Pain is mild and radiates when I work on my laptop or go in metro standing. It sometimes goes off. But comes back. I know it is due to my sitting posture.

I've been having pain in my bone (knee joint to heel hunt) always, specially when I am standing for some time. It has started while I used to go for morning walk. But now I am not going for morning walk but the pain is still there. Cant understand why. Don't remember if there anything happened in old days.

I have been having knee pain and clicking sound when i sit or stand... it usually happens after long hours of sitting.. there is no swelling or redness...no problem in walking or running... just during squat and lunge position.

Sir it's been 7 weeks of my ACL SURGERY using hamstring autograft & partial meniscectomy(MEDIAL-radial tear) . 5weeks no weight bearing. 6,7 weeks partial weight bearing. Now I am allowed to put full weight and no use of walker. But when I tried to do so I felt like my knee giving away. The same feel I got after accident.feeling why surgery is done

My knee has been having pain for the past 2 months more frequently than it has had in the last few years. I can't put pressure on it without pain, but even when I'm laying down it hurts. It hurts to bend it up kind of and the pain is on the outer parts of my knee cap. I don't see a difference much with swelling or bruising. My x-ray camback normal.

Facing this issue for the past 1 week. Pls guide me on some exercises which can help me get treated without medication.

Whenever i try to fold my fingers and then when i open it , slight locking of finger occurs in my middle and ring finger of my right hand and also in my middle finger of left hand.pain is less but i can feel the locking of my fingers
