I slipped and fell with a bended knee on the floor. There are no bruises or cuts. It has been 4 hours since I fell but there is no swelling or redness. I can stretch my knee as well and bend it, no pain. However, when I try to walk, I feel heavyness and stiffness on the outside of the knee with a prickling sensation. Also, I am limping currently. Wanted to know if this is a hairline fracture or a case of strain which will go with time.
Thank you.

If you are able to put weight on the affected leg, it's unlikely to be a fracture,
Apply ice packs and crepe bandage.
