Earlier i was only having wrist pain slowly after the pain transmitted to finger joints too. After consulting to a doctor i went for arthritis test and the test was positive.
Now what should i do? I should go for ayurvedic or alopath as someone told me that alopath doesnot have permanant treatment for arthritis.

I have B12 1400 much above the normal. Can I take cobadex or Neurobion ? Along with osteoporosis kit, I have been prescribed cobadex. As my B12 is higher than normal (1400) can I take cobadex?

There is a swollen on the elbow
