Bone & Muscle problems

While walking the heel pains in both legs. More pain in right leg. I am a diabatic and taking insuling for last 10 yaers. Weigjt 80kg and height 5.5.

My mother(age 55) is suffering from arthritis for the past 10-12 years. We consulted many orthopaedicians and gone through multiple tests like RA (always been negative) Bone density (low but not alarming).Knee joints are almost damaged and she now she has extreme pain in ankles.Tried Physiotheraphy but that seems to be causing fatigue. Pls suggest

I am having pain in bottom of my both heels since more than a month. It is mostly between mild sometimes moderate. Specially in morning time after bed I feel hard to walk.

Pain in leg bottom area - bone increase problem and also pain in leg joints. I have consulted before and the problem solved but now again started problem.

I am a 28 year old girl diagnosed with RA 2 years old. I was prescribed lefnomaide alternate days and methotrexate 15 mg once a week along with 5 mg folic acid daily. I have had real devastating problem of hair loss and I can't deal with it anymore ! Is there any alternative for drugs I am prescribed that do not have hair loss as a side effect ?
