Neck pain and Headache
I suffer from neck and head pain everytime when I take a wrong support , study for hours and day before important exam. Pain starts from neck and reaches head. Sometimes even pain killers are unable to stop it.

Hi, thsi issue is very common nowadays especially the ones who spend long hours in sitting position.. eg student and desk workers. Pls visit a Mckenzie Physiotherapist for detailed evaluation of your spine. Correct postural advice and exercises will definitely help. All he best :)
